Miss India Nikita Porwal Visits the City of Nawabs, Lucknow
Lucknow — The glamour and legacy of India’s most prestigious beauty pageant reached the heart of Uttar Pradesh as Femina Miss India World 2025, Nikita Porwal, visited Lucknow. The visit marked a significant milestone for the state’s young aspirants, as Catwalk Academy was officially appointed by the Femina Miss India Organization as the state licensee for Femina Miss India Uttar Pradesh 2025.
The announcement was made during a press conference jointly addressed by Nikita Porwal and Amit Samson Nanu, Head of Catwalk Academy. The academy has been granted a three-year license, establishing a long-term partnership aimed at nurturing and showcasing local talent on a national stage.
Addressing the media, Nikita Porwal, who will represent India at the upcoming Miss World 2026 pageant, described the licensing collaboration as a “powerful step toward empowering and mentoring young women of Uttar Pradesh.” She lauded the Miss India Organization for extending state-level licenses across the country, thereby promoting broader participation and representation.
Porwal also encouraged talented young women from Uttar Pradesh to seize this golden opportunity and wished Catwalk Academy success in its new endeavor.
Expressing gratitude, Amit Samson Nanu said Catwalk Academy was honored by the trust placed in them by the Miss India Organization. He emphasized that the academy would uphold the pageant’s legacy “with utmost dedication and excellence,” and aimed to elevate the prestige and standards of Femina Miss India in the state.
