CM tells officials: Negligence in resolving public grievances will not be tolerated

Gorakhpur, July 23 :During his visit to Gorakhpur, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while interacting with people at the Janata Darshan held at Gorakhnath Temple on Thursday morning, assured them that the government is committed to resolving everyone's problems. He said, “The government will provide full financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses.”

At the Janata Darshan programme held outside the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan at Gorakhnath Temple, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met around 200 people and listened to their grievances. He forwarded all their applications to the concerned officials and directed them to ensure prompt resolution of the issues. He also warned, "Negligence at any level in resolving public grievances will not be tolerated."

CM Yogi told the officials, "No one should face injustice. Every distressed person should be treated with sensitivity and provided assistance promptly." He directed officials to pay special attention to matters related to revenue and police. He instructed that family disputes should first be addressed through mutual dialogue and thereafter through legal proceedings, if required. 

The Chief Minister stated, "Public grievances should be resolved with promptness, transparency, and sensitivity. Every issue should be resolved in a qualitative and satisfactory manner."

Several people who came to the Janata Darshan seeking financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses were told by the Chief Minister that no one's treatment will stop due to a lack of money. He directed officials, “For every needy person, the administration should promptly prepare and provide an estimate for advanced medical treatment. As soon as it is received, the government will immediately provide the required funds." 

To ensure that no eligible person faces difficulty in obtaining treatment, he also instructed officials to facilitate the issuance of Ayushman Cards for all eligible beneficiaries.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath followed his traditional routine during his stay at Gorakhnath Temple on Thursday morning. After offering prayers to Guru Gorakhnath and paying obeisance before the statue of his revered guru, the late Mahant Avaidyanath, he toured the temple premises. He visited the temple's gaushala and performed Go Seva. He affectionately fed jaggery to the cows and other bovines. He also gave necessary directions to the gaushala staff regarding the care and well-being of the cattle.
