Anesthesia Experts Discuss Advanced Techniques and Better Patient Care

Lucknow - The three-day Continuous Medical Education (CME) program organized under the Central Zone PG Assembly/RARC by the Department of Anesthesia at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS), Lucknow, concluded.

On the third and final day of the event, renowned experts from across the country shared their experience and the latest medical knowledge on contemporary topics in anesthesia science, new treatment methods, patient safety, and quality healthcare services.

The day began with a lecture by Prof. Mamta Harjai, who highlighted the importance of pain management during childbirth. She discussed modern techniques and their positive impact on maternal and child health.

This was followed by sessions from Dr. Deepak Tempe, Dr. Puneet Goyal, Dr. Bikram Gupta, and Dr. Anshu Gupta. They delivered talks on various important and current topics in anesthesia, sharing insights on new clinical approaches, advanced technologies, and effective management of complex cases with the participants.

In the concluding session, Dr. Shani, Dr. Sarvjeet Verma, Dr. Nidhi Shukla, and other faculty members provided special hands-on training to participants to develop practical and scientific understanding of various drugs, medical equipment, X-rays, and ECGs. The session also covered several practical aspects useful for daily medical practice.

At the closing ceremony, Organizing Chairman Dr. Praveen Kumar Das, Organizing Secretary Dr. Sujeet Rai, and Scientific Secretary Dr. Shilpi Mishra expressed satisfaction over the success of the program. They thanked expert doctors, faculty members, resident doctors, and participants who came from different states across the country.

The organizers said that such academic programs play a key role in promoting the exchange of knowledge and experience among specialists, adopting modern medical practices, and providing better and safer healthcare services to patients.
