Lucknow: The two-day Business Leaders Conclave, organized by the Integral Business School (IBS) of Integral University, concluded on a grand note with stimulating discussions, leadership insights, and vibrant cultural performances that showcased a perfect blend of innovation, leadership, and cultural excellence.
Held under the patronage of Prof. S. W. Akhtar, Founder and Chancellor, and Mr. Syed Adnan Akhtar, Pro-Chancellor of Integral University, the conclave reflected the institution’s continuing commitment to academic brilliance, innovation, and holistic growth.
The second day commenced with Panel Discussion 4 on the theme “Bridging the Gap: Fostering Industry–Academia Collaboration to Drive Innovation and Sustainable Growth.”
Distinguished panelists included Yawar Ali Shah, Co-founder & CEO, AMA Herbal Group; Noman Khan, Regional Director, Lulu Group (Telangana, Uttar Pradesh & Delhi); Roopam Tandon, Investment Banker, Startup Advisor & Independent Director; and Prof. Jyoti Bhargava, Head & Dean, National P.G. College, Lucknow.
The discussion emphasized the importance of strengthening collaboration between industry and academia to enhance innovation, skill development, and employment generation.
The event also featured an inspiring keynote address by Prof. M. P. Gupta, Director, IIM Lucknow, who underscored that transformational leadership, digital innovation, and sustainability are the cornerstones of future business success.
This was followed by Keynote 3, delivered by Vivek Ladhani, Director, SLMG Beverages & Angel Investor, who shared his entrepreneurial journey and offered valuable insights on innovation, investment, and sustainable business growth.
Later sessions included Panel Discussion 5, titled “Business in a Fragmented World,” where experts discussed strategies for navigating global economic uncertainty, and Panel Discussion 6, “Architects’ Roundtable on Resilience by Design,” which explored the role of design thinking and resilient architecture in crisis management and sustainability.
Adding a creative dimension, a thought-provoking documentary titled “The Brown Heart” was screened, highlighting pressing social and environmental concerns through compelling storytelling.
The evening culminated in a spectacular fashion show titled “Aarambh: Where Tradition Meets Trends,” where students showcased designs blending traditional aesthetics with modern sensibilities. The night reached its crescendo with a mesmerizing Ghazal performance by renowned singer Mohammad Vakil, famed for his soulful renditions like “Aaya Tere Dar Pe Deewana.” His melodious voice filled the auditorium, leaving the audience spellbound.
The Business Leaders Conclave 2025 at Integral Business School proved to be a memorable convergence of intellect, creativity, and culture, reinforcing the university’s mission to nurture future-ready leaders with values, vision, and versatility.
